LOCAL MARKET SNAPSHOT
Beiler-Campbell Realtors reports an increase in SOLD volume in the first month of 2019, while national and local markets shows a decline compared to January of last year. Anthony Beiler, President Beiler-Campbell Realtors attributes their success to highly experienced and disciplined agents."Our agents stay abreast of local knowledge, keep connected to their networks and adapt to leading edge technologies. It's about staying focused on your core markets and customer service. It's not about overreacting to market changes and adjusting your core strategy to keep up."
On a national stage, Lawrence Yun, NAR’s chief economist, says “Existing home sales in January were weak compared to historical norms; however, they are likely to have reached a cyclical low. Moderating home prices combined with gains in household income will boost housing affordability, bringing more buyers to the market in the coming months.”
